Where are you located?
We are based in Chicago, IL, where our first office was opened more than 11 years ago. Now our Chicago HQ is not just an office but a multi-functional distribution center with 130 000 sq.f. cross-dock warehouse.
Later on, we also launched a distribution center in Bensalem (Philadelphia, PA).
What type of trucking do you do?
We do dry van trucking only.

Do you have a warehouse?
Yes, we have 130,000 square feet facility with rail capabilities in Chicago, IL, and offer extensive warehousing services. Using our cross-dock distribution hub. Your business can go either with short-term or long-term storage solutions.
How much does Brite Logistics Pay to truck drivers?
We pay up to 72 cpm to Solo OTR Truck Drivers. And we pay up to 85 cpm to Team OTR Truck Drivers.
Owner Operators get 80% gross lease load pay.
What are the requirements to become a truck driver at Brite Logistics?
We hire CDL Class A Truck Drivers with at least 1 year of relevant experience and good MVR and PSP records.
Do you hire drivers from all 48 states?
We hire Truckers from any state. However, considering the business processes that sometimes require Truckers visiting our offices (Chicago, Philadelphia), we have our usual hiring area and a list of states we are commonly hiring from.
The regions are the Midwest, most part of the East Coast, the north part of the Southern States.

What kind of equipment do you have?
2020 Volvo VNL 760 with D13 engine. Has blind spot monitoring.
2018-2020 Freightliner Cascadia with DD15 engine.
All trucks have battery-based cooling and heating for bunk beds, adaptive cruise control and deer guards installed.
Do you use paper logbooks?
No, we use electronic logbooks only. We provide our Drivers with Samsara e-logbooks.
Are your trucks governed?
Yes, all Brite Logistics trucks are governed.
- Accelerator – 65 mph

What type of transmission do Brite Logistics trucks have?
All Brite Logistics trucks have automatic transmission.
Do you allow passengers?

How long does the hiring orientation take?
Hiring orientation takes up to 48 hours.
Do you pay for hiring orientation?
Yes.
Does Brite Logistics have a lease-purchase program?
We offer a lease-to-purchase (rent-to-own) program. Feel free to call our Recruitment Department to get the details.
