Requirements:
- CDL Class A
- at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Good MVR and PSP records
COMPENSATION:
Empty/loaded miles – 79 cpm (66 cpm with W-2)
Safety and Performance Bonuses:
- Additional 2 cents/mile – a driver who did NOT get any tickets, violations, or accidents, and had Safety Score 97 or higher*
- Additional 1 cent/mile – a driver who is with Brite for over 1 year
- Additional 2 cents/mile – a driver who stays 5 days a week on the road**
- Additional 1 cent/mile – a driver who stays 5.5 days a week on the road (full working week)**
*Safety Score you can see on your Samsara ELD
**Bonuses calculated week for the effective pay period
Team drivers are able to make up to 85 cpm with us!
